I know they've bad history. I speak more to the occupation from the end of WWII until the Cold War's end. Those decades are reason enough for Poland to fear events in Ukraine. They'd be foolish not to.
I agree with you about that but unfortunately it seems the US patent office doesn't.
Such an intelligent response.
I don't get how they don't have her e-mails. The fucking NSA has everyone else e-mail, why don't they have Hillary's?
But real life is so boring. Let him have his paranoid fantasies.
While this is true of many there are those that do excel with tech. I also know that there are many of the younger generation who think that because they know how to use twitter they are special somehow but when their laptop wont boot they bring it to this old man to fix.
I still fail to see what benefit Germany gets from the EU. It looks like everyone else is dragging them down.
Poland has reason for those grudges. They got raped time and again by the bear and that kind of horror doesn't go away quick. The fact that Putin is grinding up the Ukraine makes it seem likely that a country whose asshole still hasn't healed from the last fucking the Russians gave them would get more than a little nervous. Hard to blame them.
How do you patent an idea that's been done in movies dozens if not hundreds of times? Do they have a working prototype? It's not like they're the first to envision something like this.
He's a celebrity. They have lost some of their rights to publicity due to that status. That doesn't apply to individual high school students - especially if they were the only one in the photo.
If he's using photos of individually identified people and posting them commercially he does. The only exception to that is for news media.
And how many parents sign or click agree to an agreement before entering a high school stadium. The most they could do is construe violating those policies as being trespassing and kick them out. They would still retain rights to the photos they took.
While all that's true, he didn't have a release from the athletes to post their likeness online. That's usually part of the standard parent signature form in athletics (I assume - I'm no athlete) but that would only affect photos taken under authority of the school. So the school has no standing, but the students and their parents might.
I've seen a lot over the 40 years I've been in the workforce. I've never seen anyone who had a skill take a minimum wage job. I've seen people have to take pay cuts and sometimes work a shitty job for a while but not a minimum wage job. I got out of the Air Force back in the 80's and worked for a few months in a warehouse. It was hot, sweaty work with crazy hours but it paid the bills. I remember we had kids come to work there and they would clock out for lunch the first day and we'd never see them again. Even though it paid twice what McDonald's paid they didn't want to work that hard.
