All these are absolute standard visa questions for almost any country that requires a visa.
Before being so shocked check out what a US visa form is like here https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp
Or even better, the UK one http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/docs/1903073/VAF1A
They both also provide a stupid, extermely small box to put ALL the countries you've visited in the last 10 years... a place where a lot of people would need a few pages.

enigma48 writes to mention that a collaborative study between the Universities of Buenos Aires and Cambridge have demonstrated that individuals in a vegetative state can still learn and demonstrate at least a partial consciousness. Their findings are reported in a recent online edition of Nature Neuroscience. "It is the first time that scientists have tested whether patients in vegetative and minimally conscious states can learn. By establishing that they can, it is believed that this simple test will enable practitioners to assess the patient's consciousness without the need of imaging. The abstract is also available in the advance issue of Nature."
So reading the actual MonoTouch page was too much trouble ?
To begin using MonoTouch, you will need to have:
* Apple's iPhone SDK 3.0 or higher, available from Apple's iPhone Dev Center (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/).
* An Intel Mac computer running MacOS 10.5 or 10.6 (Leopard or Snow Leopard).
So... where are the VS.NET and Windows licenses to be sold by the truckload ? Not to mention where would you get the win32 libraries that are dirt simple to bind...
All MonoTouch does is 1) allow apps to be coded in C# 2) use.Net STYLE binding of the native iphone apis.
This is extremely useful to those that want to make apps for the iphone and are experienced in C#
An iphone-sized screen better than a Kindle (or Sony one) ? You must be high.
Reading more than a few pages on a screen that small is extremely tedious. Read paragraph... scroll... read paragraph... scroll... read paragraph... scroll...

adeelarshad82 writes "Yet more confirmation has emerged that Asus plans its own e-book reader. An Asus representative in the UK appears to have confirmed this, with the additional details that there may be a value-priced as well as a premium version. The article guesses at the price point for the low-end model — around £100 ($192). Unlike current e-book readers, which take the form of a single flat screen, the Asus device has a hinged spine, like a printed book. This, in theory, enables its owner to read an e-book much like a normal book, using the touchscreen to 'turn' the pages from one screen to the next. Asus showed off a prototype of the device at the CeBIT trade show in March." Reader NeverBotedBush adds, "Asus's e-reader will likely have color touch screens, a speaker, a webcam, and a microphone, along with the capability to make inexpensive Skype calls." The color screen rules out using E Ink technology, so long battery life seems to be unlikely.
It shows up as that virtual CC#... that is just the number the agent used to issue the ticket and secure the hotel reservations (may be a different one for each)
All the credit-cards you used in the past 10 years for almost anything large travel related (car rental reservation, hotel res, plane ticket) is kept, all the planes you took (full data, like seat, fare..), hotel data, travel preferences are also kept.
This is indeed a simple PNR with preferences listed by the travel agent/reservation system.
No you can't identify the person from the PNR unless you work at that same agency/system, or airlines, or sabre/amadeus/worldspan... PNRs are locked to the issuing travel agency.
