If they feel like they have to pay you to move there, then that is a huge warning sign that it's not a location you would have chosen to move to in the first place. Think about restaurants. The really good restaurants don't offer coupons or Groupon deals because they're good enough to attract customers on merit; it's the low quality McDonalds of the world that compete by offering deals (another way of paying for a customer) and incentives.

The thing is who looks at the camera video when you don't think there is anything to see on the camera video? I don't; it's there in case of an accident or if you happen to notice something and want to refer back to it later. Same with being out walking, who is looking up? I usually don't. I'm paying attention to the bottom 50% where things I need to see actually are. Security cameras pointed into the sky are practically useless right? Also, no one reviews the footage unless there is another reason, and then they only usually refer to the footage that meets their end. It isn't strange that pics of UAPs aren't comment. It doesn't make sense to take pictures of a sky when the stuff we're usually interested in isn't there.

I suppose. Faith isn't the right word for me because faith asserts truth without evidence. Where an election is concerned there is always evidence (where evidence is testable, verifiable and repeatable) and the evidence in general will always be in line with the outcome in general. For me the system works or it doesn't. Faith doesn't matter because there is evidence.

"But, no. Unless you can show every single vote, we're still having faith that the system has worked." I'm afraid that isn't going to be possible. The validity of an election is only statistical. This means that it isn't possible to identify and track every input. Much in your life is actually only true statistically. Think about a car, you can't see every input that went into a particular car because those inputs vary with each car and you can't observe all of them. So what do we do? We average all of the cars produced and use the statistical result to assess whether a brand has quality or not. There are a lot possibly examples. You can not prove that every ant contributed their share to the construction or maintenance of their structure but you can observe the outcome. Is it there? Is it sturdy (for an ant)? Does it match other similar structures ants build? If you answer those questions with a yes then it DOES NOT MATTER if some ants cheated and didn't work because the evidence indicates that enough did. If they didn't you would have answered yes. What you're asking for simply isn't possible because ultimately you're trying to prove a negative. Which you can not ever do

In a perfect world you're correct but in practice the idea of inherited responsibility isn't enforceable or desirable. In my home I can selectively control the speech I allow and I don't really care if I'm found inconsistent. It's my property, and if I choose to be inconsistent and not allow people to say certain things on my property it is my my right to do that. Ultimately the my rights as owner trump most of the rights of visitors. Another example would be that on my property I can (and do) say that no person except law enforcement can bring a firearm onto my property. As a civilian visitor on my property you have no second amendment rights on my property.

Epic manufactured this crisis and with cries of unfair practices, they claim Apple is EVIL! I don't really feel compassion for companies, especially not Apple (I'm an Apple customer for full disclosure), but seriously. You can't start a fight and claim self defense. Epic might have a little more credibility if they pursued the console makers with the same artificial indignation.
