I'll help: There is NOTHING in that study that identifies individual patients or their condition when selected into the study. There couldn't be, because that would be a violation of HIPAA. Anyone who repeats this bullshit claim is full of shit; they would have no possible way of knowing the state of the VA patients unless they were somehow able to access private medical records.

The act of public service is donating countless hours to engineer and re-tool for a product that's not in their wheelhouse.
