Intentional bias to influence public opinion is the real international game/power/danger here. The spying is a domestic concern. The propaganda influence is the international concern. The gov't spying and US intel employees at all levels of social media and telecom companies is of course a giant concern for all of us as well.

Exactly. How does one implement a physical print size standard when the viewer determines rendering? If we're talking 'must literally comply' then this notice would be larger than the screen real-estate of some devices. If it has to always be visible, the site never could be. How could that meet any 'least burdensome' standard assuming the notice itself passed any sort of scrutiny?

How is a private citizens interest in sex life/activity privacy comparable with banking and stock trading, exactly? You're talking about tracking the entire porn viewing history of adults, available for request by gov't agencies. PH must keep such records to prove each and every image served went to a provably vetted destination.
That's an invasion of privacy on a monumental scale. There are absolutely employers in Texas who'd use information like that to fire folks.

I'm thin(ish). My round trip flight: Flight out, seats with reasonable cushions and width. Flight back yesterday... literally 2 inches narrower than my shoulders. With my right shoulder against the side of the plane, my left was over the arm rest into the next seat area.
WTF
That's not a fat thing, that's a skeleton size thing. The only reason there wasn't a huge problem was I was flying with the person on the seat next to me. My hip bones barely fit between the arm rests. Bones, not fat.

Why though? What's this for? A project Mockingbird psych calibration test? Cover for a secret program, or just training a new generation of folks about how it's done? Some folks with a budget and authority are 4chan trolls and thought an OP would be fun?

That's in addition to 'get prime' interstitial checkout ads that have a 'signup' next button.

So what happened? Did Amazon donate to the opponent of the FTC person calling the shots here? Or have they had a deal to turn a blind eye until forced, then put forth a pinprick enforcement action before it's business as usual? I'm positive we're not talking meaningful reform or a find close to what they've profited from the violating practice here.
