Built one for my son with 11th gen, and me with a 12th gen. Both systems under $800. Games we run are just 1080 and play nice and smooth when pared with a Radeon 6600 XT.

Totally agree with you. Had my sons iPhone 7s replaced, was $50 I think at the Apple store. Dropped it off, picked it up later. I think that's totally reasonable for a battery swap. A $20 increase... getting to be a little expensive but still worth it.

It's a technology problem, plain and simple. I always cringe when my trash service sends notices to NOT put grocery plastic bags in the recycle bin. That's not the answer. Advanced robots and processes are needed to collect the trash, sort it, and break it down no matter what format it comes in. If anyone could tackle a task like this, it's Elon.

There is a Tesla charging station right near my house, 8 super chargers. You can see the most popular times right on google. 9am - 9pm is most popular. I went by yesterday at 3pm to shop for food, I saw 4 stations being used.
