When it comes to protecting digital content holders from the hordes of naughty file grabbers, you'll be hard pressed to find a more zealous partner than Apple. So we were surprised to learn that Apple's Safari browser makes it easy to download MP3 files hosted on MySpace that are supposed to be limited to streaming only.

bigstrat2003 writes "For the past day, Wizards of the Coast has had a countdown to "4dventure" on their web site. The countdown ran out at 6:30 eastern time today (and the web site promptly crashed), but stories are already appearing on the rest of the web. Wizards also has had their 4th edition forums up for a couple of days."

An anonymous reader writes: When was the last time a big US company was caught stealing Chinese company's IP? Here's another chance to amuse yourself. According to this report, the full directory "founder fonts" can be found in the Chinese version of the World of Warcraft client installation disc. Is this called caught red handedly?

The Chinese company Founder claims it has suffered a loss of 1 billion yuan, or about 125 million US dollars. But because Chinese law does not honor punitive damages, the company temporarily set the claim to 100 Million Yuan.
