You just torpedoed any credibility on this with such a claim.

There are still judges around that were appointed by Johnson? He left office over 50 years ago!
Might not be that big of an issue but a large station in orbit around the Moon would have less problems with orbital debris. Seems there have been lots of stories about the large amount of trash in low earth orbit.
Life without parole should mean life without parole. Ever. Under no circumstances. Just gives ammunition to people who want to keep the death penalty when you release prisoners on parole who are in for life without parole.
This particular canal has no locks and locks in other canals might be better protected. It has some very long choke points and it's proximity in the middle east might make it more attractive to terrorists in that region. Terrorist tend to like mass casualties that draw a lot of media coverage but, in this case, the media coverage might make such an attack more appealing to them.
Put in the job description for HR that I was looking for a system admin with (among a long list of stuff) data warehouse experience. HR would filter out unqualified applicants and send me the rest. I got a bunch of applications from fork lift operators as well as quite a few who just moved boxes around.
I recall watching Olympics back when they were in Japan. Watched the Men and Women play hockey. Women played hockey while the men's game allowed a lot more hitting so half the game wasn't stick play but hitting someone as soon as they got the puck and the puck handler getting rid of it before getting slammed. I found the women more interesting to watch.
This was mostly a function of different rules.
Since then, I think the men have stricter rules on hitting so maybe the difference may not be as pronounced now.
There are no real limits in the US on advertising alcohol but there are non-government entities that regulate the standards. You can't advertise on children's shows. I think they don't let you show people actually drinking, only holding it. Cartoon spokesmen are discouraged.
Someone could try to go rogue but most media companies don't want to violate the standards which could cause outrage and invite real govt regulations.
The top WNBA team would get smoked by the NCAA championship team and the state champion high school team from every US state.
The NBA G League gets more viewership and the players make a higher percentage of revenue than the WNBA even though the WNBA players play at a much higher skill level.
Much higher skill level compared to other women, sure. Any NBA G league team would destroy the WNBA champion. Any high school state champion boys team would beat them easily also.
There was a lot of ink was spilled over the female kicker for some college football team this past season (regular kicker out with COVID) but it was more of a publicity stunt. Had they had an open competition for a kicker, she wouldn't have had a chance.
If NBA did it, likely it would be a publicity stunt also.
MLB, I could maybe see a female knuckle ball pitcher but few men can even master it. Those that do could throw the knuckle ball harder and change it up with a fastball out of the same windup. (Some can throw knuckles 75+ with 85+ fastballs).
Actually, women can't compete with men when it comes to certain kinds of physical activity. In others, men have no chance. I suspect you could get a lot of people to watch a childbearing competition.
Men can win the child-making competition.
I would bet that if a network showed one WNBA and one NBA game a week and promoted the WNBA game 10 times more than the NBA game, the NBA would still score 10 times the viewers.
My claim was that Biden was left in a good position regarding the pandemic. I didn't say that the prior administration was perfect or gets all credit or anything. I have given you links to data on infections rates going down before Biden took office and vaccination rates increasing before Biden took office and how essentially, those two trends have remained up until now.
You claim there was no plan before Biden took office but clearly some sort of plan was in action since the vaccination rates were ramping up and have continued on the same rate as before. The data just doesn't support the claims you are making and they support the claim I am making.
You are clearly just being partisan. Between bashing Trump and trying to claim whatever good happened was because of "democratic states" it is clear.

As I pointed out in a post above, vaccinations were ramping up before Biden took office. His goal was 100 million shots in his first 100 days. When he took office, the shots per day metric was already close to a million a day and the trend had been ramping up so clearly there was some sort of logistical plan in action at the time. Biden should get credit for what happened after but whatever changes he made have kept the slope of the shots per day metric increasing at about the same pace.
