Comment Equal Rights (Score 0) 105

According to the US EEOC, a disability is any medical condition that interferes with a major life function. The intent is for a broad interpretation not one that has to be litigated in the courts. The intent is to provide accommodations for individuals that need them. Individuals are not required to prove their disability. I can see this as a class action against Google composed of individuals that are being discriminated against due to their disability. Basis = disability. Issue = prevention of necessary accommodations. Resolution = provide accommodations.

Comment Absolutely terrible! (Score 0) 551

My employer recently forced an upgrade (?) to Win 10. Functionality is a major issue. Some essential software is blocked by security settings. IT personnel have not yet solved the problem. The user interface stinks. Edge stinks. What more can I say. Bill and his cronies are getting richer. My Raspberry Pi 3 is a better computer with accessories that are nearly ten years old. fos

Comey was a corrupt democrat party operative. It was his responsibility to prevent foreign government interference in the US elections. He was a terrible and in competent FBI Director. In his own words, he was a weak and a coward. FBI Director! Now he is going to get $10 million to write a book. Go figure.

I used to be a pretty serious aviator. The FAA has been "upgrading" their air traffic control system for decades. In the words of Carl, they have wasted "Billions, and Billions" of dollars over those decades without much progress. It has all been smoke and mirrors, computer systems that don't work, and more dollars. As with just about everything, the private sector could do it a lot better than government.
