I give him credit for having a reliable game plan. If he needs page views, he bashes Apple and gets at least one fact wrong. Word will spread among The Apple Faithful(tm), and they'll read his work and argue it endlessly, not realizing or caring that every click lines his pockets. He has done this for at least a decade.

He had to move in with his parents, his girlfriend left him (she got arrested too), I presume he's no longer employed, and two years later he has nothing to show for it but a hollow victory in court. Your comment made me think of the last time I used wired ethernet on my MacBook. It has been at least a month. Before that, probably six months. I'd like to have it, sure. But will I miss it? Probably not so much. I'll enjoy USB 3.0 (if that surprising rumor is true) much more than I'll miss Gig-E.
