Not true for the disproven ones (the god of the bible for example), but I otherwise agree with you. I think that based on the infinite number of possibilities for an unprovable god, god is non-existent. Proven gods aren't considered gods, and unproven gods are guaranteed the same fate.

Well obviously removal of liberty comes with the punishment. But anything beyond the punishment should not be infringed. The right to vote is an important one. But it could be a punishment for voter fraud for example or murder. I've no problem with state slavery for a murderer.

Phase refers to probability amplitudes. It exists between any two states (or is zero).

You make an initial "measurement" and create two entangled particles. If you make a second measurement that is non-commutative with the first measurement on one of the particles, the quantum state, that applies to both particles (they're entangled), will change. The state change is random (or causality is broken). However, because you know the state of one particle, you now know the state of both (because they were entangled).
