Here's the saddest part of that article: "Opponents of profiling say such methods could lead to religious or ethnic discrimination."

We, as Americans who love our rights and freedoms, will just not tolerate profiling or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, etc. And rightly so. But giving up other rights is just fine and dandy.

Absolutely depressing.

Kinda makes you wonder why, from the big 4, only T-Mobile (at least in the US) has embraced WiFi Calling via UMA. After all, the costs to the telcos is MUCH cheaper than new towers.

Oh....wait. I think I understand: There's no profit in it.

Indeed. It boggles the mind as to why they finally fixed that feature, but still have not enabled simple file operations (copy / paste / rename / etc.) in the File Open and File Save dialogs. I really wish everyone would stop making about whether we're nude or not.

The Fourth Amendment has NOTHING to do with the government preserving people's modesty. And EVERYTHING to do with protecting people from being stopped, harassed and searched without probably cause.

Why is it so easy for the public to be sidetracked? I swear, some days I think the government / media is better than David Copperfield with the slight-of-hand.

The only reason we're fucking around with 'cyber' warfare instead of curb stomping them is it's an election year and our economy is in ruins thanks to fighting two unnecessary wars based on our President deciding to finish what his daddy started rather than leave well enough alone, and our country having a momentary fit of stupidity where we had to kill everyone and everything wearing a funny hat because a couple of our sand castles got kicked over by a bully.

Seriously? I'm not here to defend Bush or Obama or....well...the U.S. government in general. But calling the events of September 11th "our sand castles getting kicked over" is just infuriating. Three thousand innocent people were murdered. You can debate whether it was all the fault of U.S. foreign policy or religion or whatever. But please don't equate the death of 3,000 innocents to a bully kicking over a sand castle.

What do you mean by "the people of Virginia"? Don't forget: corporations are now people, too. And how, exactly, do they oppose this? After all, if they're against it, they must be hiding something, right?

It really is amazing how right the "tin foil hat people" have been all along. Equally amazing is how quickly the madness (i.e. the all-out assault on, and destruction of, the Constitution) is accelerating......
