There is one thing I'm still not clear about.

Wikipedia says that TDP is “thermal design power”. I thought it was Thermally Dissipated Power, but I obviously was wrong. Anyway, Intel used to publish TDP numbers where “T” was equivalent to “Typical”, while AMD's “T” was equivalent to “Top” (in the sense of maximum). Has this changed? The S1200's 6W are a Typical or a Top value?
