I'd prefer my home currency thank you very much. Worth more these days too.
I found their Canadian affiliate:
Does the EFF only work within US law, or would they help someone in courts in other countries, like say Canada?
Am I missing something? I thought it was some other guy, not related to Wikileaks who stole the documents? Shouldn't that guy/security hole be the target of an investigation? What's there to investigate with Wikileaks? They publish leaked documents. There, end of mystery. *sigh*
My finance and I live together and both love video games. We've also found it a challenge to find good local co-op games for Xbox360. After Borderlands, Castle Crashers and a few others, there really isn't much out there. It's too bad, because it's something we really enjoy and since we try to spend a good chunk of our free time together, it means we'll be playing fewer games, not more.
This was my family's very first game! Our shareware version was unable to re-map the keys so we had to have one person doing the moving and jumping and one person pushing Insert (for some reason) to shoot. Guess that makes it a 2 player game!!! *laughs*
One of the first games my siblings and I ever played on our first family computer. Jump started my love of gaming.
Remember in the first one (I think), you could stand in certain spots to make the wolves fall off the end of the world near the exits? *sigh* good times.
$400 is the price of name recognition. I use GoDaddy certs and they are 1/10 the cost. All you need for any purpose.
For some of my stuff I use the shared cert that my host provides. Still secure but throws that bloody warning. At least firefox let's me permantely store the certificate exception.
Am I the only one who thinks this is BAD? It better be opt in... because I really don't want an MS eyeball in my living room sending data back to whoever. Kinect data better stay in my local machine unless I give them permission...
I don't know too much about that... but the farmers I know aren't exactly rolling in money. Of course that's here in Canada. Many are broke and working second jobs on top of running their family farms. I'm betting that the corporate farms are another story though.
And why did the farmer hire the H1Bs/illegals? Because the price he can get for his produce has been pretty steady or even dropping in the last decade or more. When we all demand things to be cheaper and cheaper, when we all shop at WalMart* b/c apples are cheaper, and they are cheaper b/c WalMart* strong-arm's discounts from it's suppliers... it all trickles down. But we all shop at WalMart* b/c we can't get good paying
jobs. It's a reinforced loop.
* WalMart and/or discount stores, dollar stores, chain and department stores. (ie not local).
I'd prefer to see a prominent notice on my actual invoice. This way they are not mucking with my connection or data, and I'll know it's from them and won't be so easily ignored as an email might be.
I do the same thing. I started swapping mouse sides when I started getting arm and neck pain from day-long mouse use at work. Now I can use it almost equally well with either hand. Didn't take very long to get good at it.
Heck, most game controllers have dual thumb sticks - so both hands need to be dexterous. It probably becomes more noticeable with a stylus though.
Where there's a will, there's a relative.
