That's because it started out as Star Office. Star Office is old as dirt, so they had all those formats from the get-go, back when they were valid.
It is literally as old as Photoshop.

I read that as "defiles."
Wishful/hopeful thinking.
But can you even defile a shitstain like Ajit Pai?

Two words:
Dulles brothers.
>social media almost destroyed a republic
That's like blaming radio, TV, the telephone system, printing presses, etc. And how do you propose that such propaganda be stopped? You can't without tearing the First Amendment to shreds.
It's like blaming violent video games for school shooters.

"Russia gets no respect, because it is run by a bloodthirsty fascist who is morally depraved on just about every axis you want to compare with the West."
There is not a day that goes by that Trump doesn't exhibit himself to be a sort-of dumb Mussolini, without the dignity or humility.
You may call Putin a fascist, but Trump is also that, without being able to get the trains to run on time.
Respect is to be earned. It's hard won and easily lost. Whatever respect we had as a nation, is fucking gone.
>epic punishment beating
This is not how you earn respect. You are mistaking fear for respect. They are completely two different beasts altogether.
Bullies think that fear is respect. Bullies have rude awakenings of their own when people stop fearing them.

I'm a libtard.
The Hillary viewpoint with the DNC and Podesta Emails boils down to this:
"We would have won if those meddling kids didn't expose our lies"
It's literally something out of Scooby Doo.
Trump and trumpism isn't the result of the goddamned Russians, it's the result of 40+ years of stultification of the American Public. Ever since the Southern Strategy. The Republicans have been courting the idiots ever since then, and don't fucking argue this point with me, because it was Nixon's own words as to what rubes he was going after.
And ever since then, they've become the Republican Base.
Gone are the Barry Goldwaters. The GOP (grand?) is now composed of grifters, wannabes, assholes, racists, and tools. Since this matches much of the American Public, it's no wonder that Trump won, because he is all of that, and more.
And what gets me is that the Democrats should be
No platform. No policy. Just skulduggery.

But we do carpet bomb them with smart ordinance, like cluster bombs. Cluster bombs where the bomblets look like toys to children. So when it's unexploded ordnance, they can play with the bomblets. Until they go boom.
So that's different, right?
But they hate us for our freedoms.

regarding your last paragraph:
I don't want our sitting president, DJT, ousted.
He is unable to get anything done. Even Republicans within his own party balk at the idiocy that comes out of the WH as a "budget" And that's being nice.
His 4am shitter tweets are a sight to behold. I'm not talking about the new Scrabble 7 letter word - I'm talking about all the rest of them that any sensible PR person would be screaming at him about.
He is a disgusting human being who is only liked as he is because he can play the media like Perlman plays the fiddle and sometimes he's funny. But beyond that, his overall behavior that I have seen since the 80s has been atrocious.
I could go on.
Yes, we could remove him. He's arrogant enough to leave a trail a mile wide, thinking nobody will walk down it.
Yes, we could remove him, but next in line are Pence and Granny Starver Ryan. And if you look at the list, it's assholes all the way down. But they're competent politicians. They know how to say the nice things while stabbing you in the back and you'll thank them for the stab. Trump is fucking incompetent, as we have seen over the past months (it feels like years). The only people left who truly support him are impervious to facts.
As a member of the opposition (I am no longer a dem, because they are Reaganism in Drag, with the drag getting a little threadbare, but as such they are slightly less evil), I want Trump to be stuck to the Republican Party and have them own him at least until the 2018 elections and hopefully to the 2020 elections (to be tossed on his ass by the R party or him rage-quitting)
Because he is so
Russiagate is a distraction from the real issues - that both the Democratic and Republican parties are Neoliberal economically and considering the last administration, the Democrats are Neoconservatives on foreign policy (we're in how many wars now?) and Heaven Forfend that the public actually gets wind of this.

But then since that's all they've used to prove it was ZOMG RUSSIANS, and that even US courts now know that an ip address != an entity, then the actual evidence that has been presented is....
0.
Nothing, zero, zip, nada, void, zilch, aught, nil, zot.
I wrote a post earlier about the US population getting lied into every war for the duration of my life on this planet so far, which is over half a century. They are lying
And they're not hiding it well. They're just recycling the old arguments. Because it hasn't changed since Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler wrote "War is a Racket."
I suggest you read it.

If you look at the actual public evidence, that's all we've got.

The thing is, incandescent bulbs aren't going away. They have their uses. Your kid can't operate the EZ-Bake oven without one. And there are various decorative bulbs that you simply can't get in LED or if you put in compact-fluorescent, it looks like ass.
How much is standard 16ga lamp cord anyway, to a manufacturer?
A 250 foot spool of lamp wire at Home Depot is 45 bucks, or 18 cents a foot or 59 cents/M. They're not saving much by going with skinnier wire.
