Yes, it's not that they knew they had buggy software. They actually went to court and declared that their software is correct and can be used as proof!
It's mind-boggling how it took so many years for this to be uncovered.You have hundreds among hundreds of postmasters being convicted, like how is that not a huge WTF moment for anyone in government, the justice system etc.
The people responsible should be prosecuted (both at Fujitsu and the Post Office), but as usual, they probably won't and the taxpayers will end up with most of the bill...

"Friending" in Plex means sharing your media library with someone. If you share your porn, they already know. I don't see how this is a problem. I don't put porn on my plex and I also don't "friend" anyone, which was the traditional way of using Plex. You know, viewing your movies and tv series on all the screens in your home...

I understand the whole trying to get more companies in the launch business which is good for all. But at this point, the average slashdoter has an equal amount of experience at reaching orbit as Blue Origin.

And, yes, the SpaceX comparisons are valid because NASA did not give money to SpaceX to do outlandish things way beyond their progress at the time.

On the other hand I prefer throwing some money after small players (even though Blue Origin specifically has been very disappointing so far), than Boeing...

Moniruzzaman, when questioned by the German police, admitted to stealing Valeo’s software and using the code while employed at Nvidia, according to the court filing. The filing adds that he was convicted in Germany for unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure of Valeo’s trade secrets in September this year.

So, the events of the call are not in question. He had the code on his screen, participants saw it before he did and took a screenshot so he later admitted it. He had source code open and directory structure included everything like ValeoDocs etc.

What is in question is that Nvidia claims that afterwards they removed his contributions. Obviously, as all of us working in big software projects know, that's not exactly doable if it's someone who's been part of our team working for a while...
