of course you will need a system that can use ZFS, there are more options for that than time machine, its block level and its fast, and it doesn't depend on just one device, you can have multiple devices (I like to keep some of my data at work, why? my backup solution is in the same house that would burn, if it burned...)

So they've voted against sharing data from the EU's citizens only when its exposed that the US wanted the same level of detail on the government(s) supposedly protecting the interests of those citizens? And as an added bonus, they are under 18, so they have some hope of being treated as children in the eyes of the law, they just need to make certain all is done before they turn 18 and that they aren't tried as adults anyhow.
