The obvious things are tones like different ranges of black, metallic hues, flourescent colours, etc... Things that are reasonable (possible pricey) to specify for print, but that are outside of the normal CMYK range. But in print, if you want a nice, clean, even colour, you want a dedicated ink for that. You don't want a dithered print. Look at a cereal box corner sometime - there's usually a registration print with little color samples. You'll see the usual CcMmYK colors for the bulk of the printing, but you'll almost always see a handful of pure colors as well. These are the registered pantone colors that get their own dedicated ink on the presses. You need this if you want your logo to be a solid color, even up close. Otherwise, you'll have that mess of various tones, pixelated, and imperfectly aligned.

I live in Winnipeg, so I think that gives me some credibility for what real cold weather is. Before COVID, when I used to go into the office (I've been working from home since March 2020), I commuted every day to work on bike. When the snow hits, I switch over to my single-speed garbage bike. I've got some good knobby tires on it, and it handles everything except fresh powder. I wear a neck gaiter and toque. When it gets real cold I have some quality gauntlets, and I have some water-proof over-pants I wear to keep off slush and wind.

If the goal is to reduce water usage, then the free market way is to just tax water usage. Trying to tax specific crops is just overcomplicating things and is likely to lead to workarounds, loop-holes or unintended consequences. Tax the thing you want to solve, not some proxy. That way, if someone starts growing almonds in some new low-water-usage method, good for them.

If I produced actual legible notes, I'd have that issue, but my "notes" are largely just scribbles that even I couldn't read later. But I still take notes to force my self to try and extract the main points of what is being presented. Otherwise, I'll tune out after five minutes and start meal planning, or designing a solution for some ticket at work, or working on a civ iv strategy...
