No kidding. The amount of time to manufacture a Titan, the skills required to pilot it, the rigging and equipment to outfit it, its a little mind boggling when you get right into it - hell I started playing again a month ago - the skills required to even run a battle cruiser is around 45 days, titan class ships must be 90 days or even more, even with implants, and that's just to train to pilot it - those skill books aren't cheap either!

Currently, as I am a miner, i've been watching this with interest - mineral prices are spiking in anticipation of the amount of minerals required to rebuild those ships. As of this writing, Tritanium is already worth 25% more in Jita IV (one of the major ports) from yesterdays ask prices.

Bought my wife a brand new laptop with Windows 8.0 preinstalled for Christmas. Today I caught her back on my desktop computer when I came home from work...

"Hey honey - something wrong with your laptop?"

"No, i'm just sick and tired of it always shutting down (Windows updates to 8.1, etc, been updating every day since she turned it on) and the mouse is too sensitive (shes used to a desktop optical mouse) and I can't find my desktop! (the new interface is confusing)"

This is supposed to be Microsofts target demographic - and she already hates it, not even a full week after using it.

I almost couldn't believe that I had to download VLC because Media Player won't play DVD's because Microsoft didn't include the codecs? Why the hell did manufacturers install a DVD payer in the machine.

This Operating System sucks balls. I for one will never be upgrading my main system - ever.

Exactly, so if I was expecting a couple dollars back in change but the machine spit out like 5 $100.00 bills, who's stopping me from walking out the door with my purchase *AND* the money. I didn't steal it from the machine - it GAVE it to me. Some righteously honest people might stop by customer service on the way out and give the store back some money, but I wouldn't - the Brick is a crooked as a company can get without being downright illegal, and to be honest - I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep over it.

It is Christmas time after all! Ho Ho Ho!!!!

You have to prove to "the network" that your Bitcoin was:

1. Mined and the network agrees (confirms the transaction).
2. Not spent and the ledger agrees.

There is no "reporting" lost Bitcoins - only reclaiming what was already yours to begin with, which the network already knows - it keeps track of every transaction from the very first bitcoin mined - your lost Bitcoin is in the ledger somewhere. Which is why security is so important, because if you lose your wallet address and someone else gets it - well the Bitcoins in that wallet now become "theirs". Much in the same way a tangible $20.00 bill in your pocket is yours until you lose it. It doesn't matter that you know the serial number and every little detail about your bill, if I have it in my hand, it's mine and no one cares. Except you of course.

I'm a casual player...and i'm sure i'm Blizzards target demographic - sorry, but if all the elitists left tommorow, WOW and Blizzard would still be here and very viable based on our casual subscriptions.

To tell you the truth about Timeless isle, I honestly appreciate being able to mail 496 tokens to my other toons and get them up to speed instead of having to log in and grind them in dungeons or whatever else - I simply DON'T HAVE THE TIME to spend in game getting everything leveled up. Some of us have real jobs with families and just can't commit to the time requirements anymore. Who cares if they're purple and "epic" tokens.

Don't forget that if your done the Legendary questline, you'd have your cape and be grinding Ordos for 559 Warforged gear every week, plus killing a celestial every week for your 553 normal PVE/PVP gear drop.

Right now that's all my toon is doing - daily grinds for the Shaohao reputation gain (for the mount that costs 100,000 timeless coins), a dungeon and scenario here and there for the 80+50 daily valor and the quest weeklies. I valor cap by Sunday normally, and spend about 2-4 hours a week in game. Anything more and i'd sound like all the haters in here and act all burnt out, but i still love the game and will be there on day one, ready to level my three 90's to 100's.

You've got to be kidding. Unless your running around space in a pod, how do you gain the skills to get a decent ship? How you do get ISK to afford such a ship? Completing quests or mining ore or begging in newcomer channels is a grind in itself.
