if school is starting while it's still dark, turn on the lights. We do'nt live in the dark age any more.
Safety IS a right, and where rights collide choices have to be made. The US opted for less safety, more gun rights. Other countries emphasize safety over the right to bear arms.
an astronaut without legs would be lighter, and cheaper to launch.
One is censorship, the other is simply the democratically decided limits to freedom of speech that every country has, which may include libel, copyright infringement or calls to genocide.
There may be corruption at play, I'm not that familiar with India... but it's still known as the largest democracy in the world.
walk home or take a taxi.
Not actually that important. A 500 km battery would be enough. The maximum a truck driver in the EU can drive in 1 go is 4.5 hours, after which a 45 minute break is required. Batteries can be recharged in those 45 minutes.
that time will never come. Self-driving bicycles? not gonna happen.
it's not a secret cure, it's the experimental monoclonal antibodies he received. Those are not available to the general public (for good reason: they're still experimental). The general public also doesn't have doctors specifically assigned to take care of them and only them. Nothing special for a US president. In fact, I would be disappointed if a US president did not get the best medical treatment money could buy. It's not a conspiracy, but any US president has better access to treatments than the general public.
Security always takes more effort, and usually more time. Just think of your front door: it's faster and easier to enter the house when it's not locked. It's the price you pay for security.
the worst thing about your comment? I didn't have to look up that RFC..
wait... was it not a crime already to expose someone's medical data? US privacy law is worse than I thought.
software licenses are generally unread, and weird clauses remain unseen. What you can and cannot put in a license is governed by law, and weird clauses may invalidate the license (things like giving your firstborn to the company). A release name is much more high profile, and almost infinitely more noticable.
facebook intentionally promotes almost anything it can make money off. Yes, it intentionally promotes holocaust denial too. It is a choice, like not promoting nude pictures is a choice.
paying for copying news is reasonable though.
