managers also report to someone, i suspect 6% will be fired.

Paedophilia, an attraction to pre-pubescent children, is fairly rare. But once they are pubescent and capable of reproduction, humans are wired to desire them. Before modern medicine, it increased the chances of genes surviving by passing them on as early as possible.
Now we are civilized, we recognize that children engaging in the somewhat risky business of sex is not a good idea. Most countries require them to be in their mid teens at least before engaging in sex, and 18 before engaging in sex work like taking suggestive photos or having sex on camera.
So yes, it's completely normal to find humans under the age of 18 sexually attractive. It's just that we expect people to abide by the laws protecting them anyway, like we expect people to control all sorts of other urges they may have.

Ten years, give or take
but not 10 years of only moving boxes. It's 10 years of moving boxes and learning new skills, competing for promotion, and building networks of relationships. Believe it or not, it still works. However, 10 years of just turning a crank and going home has never worked and never will work.
This sounds like a whole list of "Boohoo for us businesses now that we have to pay our workers more."
i got news for you. it's not the businesses that will paying the workers more, it's you the customer.
Wait until you see their earnings per share. This is nothing more than profiteering.
what do you expect? An artificially low price? That doesn't make any sense at all, the price will be what the market will bear. Amazon has come to the conclusion the market will bear a price of $139 and so they're adjusting accordingly.
