I used to, but then all my visits to them always involved troubleshooting something, while the rest of the family is downstairs chatting and eating, I am stuck up at the computer. Heaven forbid if anything else goes wrong or you move icons around, they never let you hear the end of it. So once Vista finally came around I saw my chance, and said, don't know anything about it, call a support tech, other option is Linux. Needless to say I now longer get support calls, and can actually enjoy holidays again.
