Comment Who to blame (Score 1) 367

This time, Google Play Store is to blame in here and not EA. EA wants feedback and they have it. unfortunately, it seems the play store wont record the rating under 4. Google isn't monitoring their rating system at all in this since they should make sure users know the hard truth about a platform availability of apps and games as they make it available. They release it they are responsible for it. If they let EA mess around with the rating system its both EA and Googles problems.

Its related to your dns cache. In windows you type ipconfig /displaydns to get the info steam could use against you but doing a ipconfig /flushdns might do the trick to flush what steam would use but i don't know when steam fetch the info so the best way is to either use a proxy (some are free as well) or use VM. If you have Windows 7, you could use the XP Mode and after doing some test, whatever you do or go on xp mode, the dns of your host is still clean. So do your cheat or browsing in xp mode then close it down and your dns will always be clean.

Going on a website and getting the info is 1 thing but using that info to your use might be another thing. For example I could go on a cheating website to report it to steam at the end but I have to at least go on the website to verify if the app is available. To steam unfortunately it doesn't matter but it should. The lack of effort from Steams side is surprising as they should involve its users in the fight against cheats instead of fighting against users. Users pay for games, I'm pretty sure some of them wouldn't mind report cheats as I don't know a person who likes to get cheated in games.

Movies are a representation of the people who works in it... Lots of movies aren't art...trust me. Also some actors are aware that a movie sucks big time, a big pile of trash as well but they still work in it cause they work with the movie with what they can.

Also, I don't see murder or arcade trash in simcity games ... you should be careful with what you say. Not every game has murder in them. thus making your statement about games being false.

To note, when a movie or tv show breaks the fourth wall, that becomes trash.

You just need to play a narrative-driven adventure game to have a feeling of a movie like experience. Think of most point and click adventure game. You click and you let your character do the movement and most of the time in adventure games you got cutscenes to accompany it. Not only adventure games but action games and theres one in the metal gear series that seriously felt like a movie which is the third or fourth one on the PS console.

make sure your service is delivered through encrypted data packets. It's hard to analyse and nearly impossible to do so on the ISP's side. Lot's of vpn are growing and all vpn uses encrypted data and the more we advance in time and age then more encrypted data the Internet uses. So ISP's will have a hard time and they actually do have a hard time with encrypted data.

I know that Bell Canada ISP throttles their service after 2h30 pm with p2p protocol but if you encrypt it using a normal port like 21 for example or even 80 if you want to go extreme with hiding yourself then you could do it and you won't be throttled. Thankfully, I have a Universe which is a reseller of ISP under Bell's flag so I'm not throttled since the company I'm with have a contract that states they can't throttle it.
