Or maybe it's just the price. I for one buy anything for 20 dollars or less even if this is the release price, even if I'm not sure I'll have time to play the game. I bought Torchlight 2 at release price since here in brazil it was the equivalent of 17 USD, also Borderlands 2 at 50% discount (~23 USD).

I might be way off since I don't really understand the subject but is it possible that this difference between a mostly genetic drift and a mostly natural selection races the difference between dominating and being dominated by the environment? This research might end up helping pinpoint when we started using our brains to modify the environment around us?

Hell yeah I'll skimp, and you know why? Because it's fucking retarded not to that's why. Upgrading anything but the video card gives you close to no performance gain except for a few very specific cases (like wii emulators). And don't get me wrong I have plenty of money, but what happened with voting with your wallet? You know you're fostering retarded business practices don't you? And what happened to avoid being on the fool end of a bargain? Why live in a captalist country if you don't know how to use it?

I would make sense if "trying to differentiate yourself" didn't mean "cramming really crappy shit on the phone". They should give up trying to be apple and maybe try to just fix bugs/bad behaviors, maybe giving optional new funcionalities. This post is not about a minor change, introducing windows on a system that had none is a recipe for fuckage.
