Since not one of those lawsuits had merit against MasterCard, not a single person specifically used their card in connection to the illegal videos, they are frivolous. Pornhub also already had done things like deleting videos from non-verified users and had a reporting system with immediate response to illegal content. TFA fails to mention that these payment processors don't give a shit and are demanding that every video be manually reviewed before publication if the content is labeled for adults only.
