iTunes might have problems but it's the only music library manager that actually makes an attempt at music library management.

I don't know what you're definition of "library management" is but if you're talking about tags/covers/file naming etc. then there's like a gazillion other apps do can do this in, Mp3tag, EasyTag, MediaMonkey, MusicBee...

It also integrates with a lot of neat gadgets in ways that no other software does.

Hmm, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, and Macs. That's a whooping 5 products.

And Safari is great simply because it's the only web browser in the world that renders fonts properly. Firefox, Chrome, IE, and even Opera look just hideous.

That is purely personal preference. And you'll find that the majority of people like their fonts more hinted because they don't really care what the type is like if hinted fonts are easier to read.

I don't really see how it's remotely possible she "can't tell where the windows went". Running programs will always be on the launcher, even if on a different workspace. And if she's using the (non-default) autohide option like you said, what, can't she not tell where the launcher went even though it never goes anywhere except the left side?

Can't find the menu bar? That also never moves anywhere ever.

Sounds like a bunch of crap to me.

the fact that the architecture is simpler may make it easier for developers to wring better performance out of their games.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always though it was the opposite. More complicated architecture meant more optimisation which meant more performance. Of course, more standard architecture means less optimisation and performance, but is obviously easier to develop for. Which, judging by the sort of games featured on the Wii, is probably better for Nintendo which isn't exactly known for spectacular photo-realistic cutting-edge graphics (or is it? I'm too young to know of anything before the N64...).

The problem with the PS3 was it was too reliant on optimisations with the Cell processor and took a lot of effort to get something half-decent.

Also, don't all modern consoles use some variation of the POWER architecture? Surely IBM must be the winner in the console industry...

No, I barely use these teeth to eat any fruit or vegetables, though this may be due to most fruit and vegetables tasting absolutely horrible - which says something in itself - and therefore don't eat many.

I did say most, there are three or four vegetables and one fruit I do enjoy eating, and I eat a buttload of them.
