They should compensate him by minting him ten new ones. Would really show how pointless the artificial scarcity of NFTs is.

I was just joking but now I tried it and yeah it doesn't render properly. Looking at the source it seems that it uses CSS based layout, so it won't work on command line browsers.
That's because you can't use more than 80 chars per row if you want your site to render nicely on lynx.
To be fair, Google is likely running Youtube at a massive loss, which Vimeo can't afford.
Neon isn't in short supply, you can make neon anywhere by liquifying air. Yes, it's probably cheaper to do in Eastern Europe, but the cost of neon is about 0.0001% of the cost of the hard UV lasers needed for chip production. Not to mention the fabs operating at small feature sizes use argon lasers nowadays, and the shortage of chips of large feature size has more to do with design and logistics problems than supply and demand.
Then why was Putin so desperate to re-extend the START treaty after Trump cancelled it? It doesn't appear to me that Russia is interested in an arms race, or at least they weren't a year ago.
You could've spent half the time it took writing this gibberish actually looking it up. UTF-8, UTF-16 and UTF-32 are all capable of representing the entire Unicode character set. The difference is that UTF-32 is fixed width, while UTF-8 and UTF-16 are variable width encodings. So an UTF-8 character can 1-4 bytes long. You seem to be describing some old MSDOS charset which has nothing to do with Unicode.
Emoji is part of UTF-8.
You shouldn't judge an applicant based on what their former employer says about them the same way you shouldn't trust a person based on what their ex says about them. Of course, good luck explaining that when you don't even get to the interview because a "job verification service" decides that you "lied" on your CV.
If I want to listen to an ebook read by software I can already use a text-to-speech program, in fact blind people do exactly that. Charging the same amount of money for something that I can do on my own machine and claiming it's the same as an audiobook read by an actual narrator is a ripoff.

A screenshot from Fallout 4, the most recent main entry in the game franchise.
I too believe that Fallout 4 is the latest Fallout game, just like I believe that there are only three Star Wars and two Terminator movies.
It's just a logging library, it's not doing anything important. Just turn it off instead of waiting for a patch.
They probably want a revenue source of their own so they don't have to rely on Google.
Manufacturers and stores could just raise the price of the item and use the profit to increase production and improve logistics.
I wonder if this means that you can use a weak, easy to remember password, pad it out with zeroes to 40 characters and be safe because nobody will try to crack it.
