you can buy stocks using crypto, that pay dividends (in crypto)

you can buy stocks (using crypto) that include voting rights

Stocks are stakes of ownership over a real, functioning, business that provides a real good or service. Crypto is ownership of nothing.

Crypto is ownership over *currency*. Owning a USD is ownership over nothing, but the faith and goodwill of people who are willing to trade for it, just like crypto.

Cwtch on the other hand, is potentially almost as robust as the tor network. Signal is better than using NSA/Apple SMS, or CIA/Facebook...but what people *really* should be using is cwtch.

....and then they will make non-github software development illegal. Don't forget that part, that has been on the roadmap since at latest 2000. Microsoft wants to restrict *who* can write code, and wants to make it a requirement by international law (enforced by harsh local law - see the DMCA for how harsh their penalties they want) to make it illegal to write, debug or even teach about code that they do not control.
