Crypto is ownership over *currency*. Owning a USD is ownership over nothing, but the faith and goodwill of people who are willing to trade for it, just like crypto.

Switch to decentralized alternatives, like cwtch *before* they start shutting them down.

Signal is a central point of failure. The whole world's signal communications can be taken down by the US government.

Microsoft wants to restrict *who* can write code, and wants to make it a requirement by international law (enforced by harsh local law - see the DMCA for how harsh their penalties they want) to make it illegal to write, debug or even teach about code that they do not control.
