That's right. Murder and theft laws too have never worked and WILL never work because criminals don't obey the law! In fact all laws are pointless because criminals will just ignore them and they only restrict those who are law abiding.

All night coding sessions while acceptable in start-ups are a major symptom of a business with major flaws in their development practices. Yes development can be unpredictable but if you are having employees forced to regularly stay-up you are scraping by.
