I would think anyone who loved viruses that much would be on a Windows mailing list!
Just put signs around the building that say "WARNING Building is guarded by vaccine drones!" and those idiots will be too afraid to go anywhere near it.
They'll probably just tell them to follow existing industry guidelines relating to security, which would have probably prevented this mess from happening. There's plenty of information on how to make your networks more secure out there, most places just don't do it.
What a terrible, tragic story, If anything useful can be learned from this, maybe it's don't let your users get themselves in a bad situation they can't get out of. Obviously the implementation of this varies between software and statues. I try to design with the idea that if something stupid can be done, it will be done. As far as I know my users have not been more stupid than me emulating them. I don't think the designer is at fault here (occupancy was not intended), but a little forethought could have prevented this from happening.
How about a hootenanny of black holes?
Translation: "We don't want to use any more of the money we were given to build out broadband to actually build out broadband." I can sort of see their point, why throw more money down the hole of improving customer experience, when you can just not do that and the regulators won't do anything? A 50/10 connection might work for some people now, but it will be inadequate for more people in the future. If they're using typical industry methods, most connections on these lines probably aren't even getting the 50/10 speeds claimed.
So in summary, we've only identified most of the species of bacteria that were brought up to the ISS, and now we've found some of the not-yet-studied-but-still-fairly-ordinary species there. So what might be interesting would be to determine if they got there from a horticultural experiment (i.e. did bacteria from an experiment spread all over the ISS) or did they ride there on a person? Is the distribution of bacteria similar to that found on similar surfaces on Earth? Are the conditions on the ISS (i.e. temperature, temperature profile, humidity, radiation, gravity, etc.) helping or hurting the growth of these species vs on Earth? So while the headline is a bit sensationalistic, there is some real validity to this report.
I'm going to get a hat and shirt with "nullptr" printed on them and be completely untrackable!
Actually we've had no battleships since we build the defensive sandbar in a field outside of town.
I never connected these together before, but ever since World of Tanks was released there's been a 500% increase in raging tank battles across my town!
Ironic part is he had this lock on and still got screwed!
I think you've cut to the root of the problem!
I would guess that people who own this device just might be able to find something of the correct size and shape, maybe made of leather, to cover this part of their body.
I think it's ironic that in comparison with the "pretty porn-y" Parlor app, it's Parler which is having trouble with exposure!
Numeric stability is probably not all that important when you're guessing.
