How is this conspiracy theory.

I'm very much NOT into conspiracy theories but there is nothing conspiracy-ish about thinking that this virus was created in a lab and accidentally escaped.

We do know that doctors were arrested for publicizing this corona virus and we do know that the first known person had no known connection to the food market and that the next three known cases didn't occur for another three weeks. And that 2 of those 3 had zero connection with the food market.

There is a distinct possibility that this virus was accidentally released from a research lab.

There's no harm in raising this hypothesis. In fact that is what we should be doing.

Now to say that it absolutely WAS created in a lab and deliberately released into the wild in order to control the population would be conspiracy theory.

Thankfully we do not have that many more wars of conquest any more. The jews could have been a small minority within the country of Jordan. But no. This could have been settled after 1948. The Jews did not prevent arab refugees from returning. Those refugees believed that Israel would be wiped off the face of the earth - and then they became pawns of the arab governments.

Now. Outside of US universities no one gives a damn. Not Russia, Not China. Not Saudi Arabia. Not Egypt. Not Jordan. Syria is a basket case and Lebanon barely qualifies as a country let alone do anything.

The Iranian people are pissed that their government is spending their tax dollars pushing Hezbollah. The fukin game is over.

If you've paid any attention to human history you will have noticed that countries exist as a result of armed conflict. If you went to any ruler before the modern era and asked "by what right" do you have this land he would have raised his sword and said - "by this". Palestine and Israel were part of Jordan. If the Jordanians and the arabs were civil and did not attack civilians numerous times there would have been no war. And Jews would have been a small minority within the country of Jordan.

Nope. The Jewish interlopers had to be expelled. Fine. That's there perogative. Then there was a war and the Arabs lost. (1948) Then there was another war and the arabs lost (1956). Then there was another war and the Arabs lost. (1967) Then there was another war and the Arabs lost (1973). And now. Israel exists by force of arms. Egypt and Saudi Arabia have given up the fight. The Palestinians need to sue for peace and get something. Else ... they'll have nothing. It will be just another chapter in human history.

Like Tibet is now part of China. Like Taiwan is an independent country. (Yeah the CCP has to accept it - in the same way that Egypt and Saudi Arabia and Jordan have accepted Israel.)

In short there was a war of independence in 1948. Israel won. The arabs could have left well enough alone. Nope. They could have sued for peace after the 1967 war. Nope. After the 1973 war. Nope. They could have made peace with Sadat in 1979. Nope. They could have signed the 1993 Oslo Accords. Nope. They could have done lots of things instead they carry on with their idiotic "From River to Sea, Palestine will be Free."

Nope. Now Saudi Arabia and Egypt are tired of this game. This is over. The Palestinians need to sue for peace and truly act like a peaceful people or in a few years ... they will have nothing. And no one will care. It will be ancient history to those born 50 years from now.

In 1948 the Jews did not have the support of the British. The British were overtly hostile to Israeli independence. The US did not support Israel in 1948 with anything but words.

We have tons of newspaper and other primary sources from the time pointing that out. There were numerous books written in the 1950s and 1960s pointing this out. A lot of historians and politicians thought that Israel was an anomaly which wasn't going to last long and was upsetting the balance of power there (which they didn't like).

Palestine belonged to Jordan - and were Jordanians. The west bank rightfully - if you want to call it that - should go back to Jordan and then let them figure out what to do with it.

But that's not how things work. The Arab nations attacked and lost. If the Palestinians don't chose to make real peace now in 30 years they'll have nothing. They should have agreed to peace in 1967.
