Supergibbs writes: "Yesterday Microsoft officially stated that Visual Studio 2008 and the .NET Framework 3.5 will be released by the end of November. Visual Studio 2008 is a major release with support for the .NET Framework 3.5, Silverlight and LINQ plus new features like CSS and Javascript intellisense."

She also goes on to describe how the RIAA sidesteps the DCMA, attempts to use 1984 laws that apply to cable companies and how it's costing the RIAA millions, all while alienating their strongest consumer base."
