I was going to write exactly that. Sony has virtually cornered below-5-inches market segment. I loved my Z3 compact until its touchscreen failed after 3 years of use. I've just upgraded to XZ1 compact and keep loving the device. It's a perfect form factor for me, screen estate is enough and being just 720x1280 pixels it saves power. All phone's specs are decent, it has a great GPS, is fast, etc. I've searched high and low for another phone below 5 inches, but there are almost none. It would be bad luck if Sony got out of smartphone business :( On the other hand, XZ2 compact tries to cram 5-inch screen into previous dimensions and it makes it thiiick. So maybe they get lost, too. Which is sad. I guess I will have to buy 1 or 2 spare XZ1s ;)

I used to use an ancient Photoshop version which I've bought using mortgage money. I never upgraded it because it was too expensive for someone who makes just a few pennies a year using it. Now I pay like 10 bucks a month which I CAN afford even when seldom using Adobe's software comercially. And I keep getting updates. But I very much would prefer the model that IntelliJ is using - if I stop paying, I get to keep a year-old version at least.

Those I can hardly imagine parting with: - Slide eliminator ("Eliminator slajdów"), an extension that turns multi-page image galleries on news sites into single page - FireGestures - there is an alternative using WebExtensions, but it doesn't work with right mouse button, so useless for me - FEBE - used once in a while, but it's tough to lose this profile migration tool - GreaseMonkey - I'm lazy so I use it less and less, but it's still useful - HttpRequester - gotta find other tool now - Status-4-Evar - already stopped working some time ago, I miss a classic status bar I guess almost everyone has at least one extension that s/he got used to during all those years and that is now lost. Sucks a lot even if FF57 is overall a better browser now.

Well, it isn't packed with action and there are large timeline jumps, viewpoint changes and sudden 180 degree rotations of the narrative and the story outcome the reader expects. But it all serves the purpose of painting an immense picture with surprising breadth and containing a lot of brilliant ideas. I like this kind of S-F, where ideas about future are maybe more important than character development, storytelling, etc. - but I get that some people might not. I LOVED the whole trilogy.
