Remember everytime Hamas has made peace with Israel and stopped lobbing shells, IDF has kept bombing Gaza and sending in troops to "arrest" people if you can call shooting up entire neighborhoods an "arrest". So peace in Israel has only meant peace for Israelis. The Palestinians have not known any peace for 75 years. The situation is simply not sustainable. You cant keep oppressing a people and not expect outbursts. History did not start on Oct 7.

India has been fighting an islamist militancy in Kashmir for over 30 years and has never used airstrikes or artillery. You need well trained, brave soldiers to go building by building and sweep for terrorist. The terrorists only have small arms and rpgs so artillery and air strikes are not necessary. India has an airforce much bigger than the Israeli one but it never uses it for fighting terrorists.

The difference is India cares about Kashmiri civilians as they are Indian citizens. India is not trying to ethnically cleanse Kashmir via collateral damage.

Israel on the other hand sends in untrained , terrified 18 year old conscripts who are terrified and shoot at everything and call in air strikes and artillery for everything. Heck they even shoot Israeli hostages. This is by design. Israel wants to maximize collateral damage because they want the Palestinians to leave. Hamas is only the excuse.

According to the IDFs own numbers on Oct 7 , 600 IDF died and 600 family members of IDF and 1500 Hamas attackers. So Hamas managed 1 civilian for 1 IDF dead when overwhelmingly overmatched (pretty much every Hamas attacker in Israel died except the ones who went back as prisoner transport).

So IDF is killing 2 civilians for 1 fighter (even assuming every male Palestinian dead is a fighter) while Hamas , a "terrorist" group killed 1 civilian for 1 soldier. >br>

Israel has ethnically cleansed so many Palestinians that now there are more refugee Palestinians than Jews in the West. In a democracy numbers matter and the narrative is beginning to change. You can balance narrative with lobbying dollars to an extent but the Arabs also have big money patrons like Saudi, UAE and Qatar.

Israel should have made peace while they had the upper hand. Now that the narrative is changing, Israel will never get a better deal than the one they broke with the PLO.

Well lots of people skipped the PS5 because it was so hard to find and now they are waiting as they dont want to get an old platform just a year before a new one comes out. Releasing a PS5 pro instead of a PS6 captures this segment of the market who are still on PS4 or even PS3 without cannibalizing PS5 sales. I dont think existing PS5 owners are the target market for this release.

In our household we have the PS2, Xbox 360, XBox One, PS4 and the Switch. We would have got the PS5 for Christmas but it was just not available and then we kind of lost interest as mostly playing Xbox Game Pass and Steam games on a dedicated gaming PC. However now we may get the PS5 Pro. As you can tell we tend to get alternate generations. So we have skipped the Xbox S and the PS5 so PS5 Pro seems to be the right one to get. There will be other households who have skipped the PS5 and may go for the PS5 pro. I say we as my 2 teenage sons will be invovlved in the decision. I am just the wallet.

There is no one black culture in America. Recent Black immigrants from Africa do much better than native Blacks. If it takes millions of CPU hours to train and thousands of servers to run on, is it really cheaper than Karen from accounting getting paid 40K a year or even cheaper than Rajesh in Gurgaon getting paid 5K a year?
