This has happened to me at least twice when disclosing security issues. They acknowledge the incident, they fix it, and then they attacked me when I published my report.
I once owned an AS domain. They have no proper web interface either. I dropped my AS domain due to their complete incompetence and lack of support. Defacing websites, redirecting domains, stealing e-mail, hijacking social media accounts, spear-phishing... aren't those things pretty much what every script kiddie does? Are all hazors now terrorists?

If you advocate for more surveillance and the erosion of civil liberties in response to these attacks, you are cooperating with the terrorists in their attempt to undermine the fundamental values of our society.
