I just received a letter in the mail today. It said your debit card information may have been compromised from Feb. 2008 to Nov. 2008.

No further direction was given. Not even whether I need to act further on the matter or not. Just a page saying it was breached and telling me I should check my web track of daily transactions. I do!

Well your post kind of contradicts itself. If people around New Jersey refer to it as Jersey, I'm sure people around New York City refer to the New York Times as The Times no one would confuse this with the London Times, just as The Miami Herald is The Herald, and The Washington Post is The Post. Just people being lazy.

If I ask someone if they picked up a copy of The Post, because I work in D.C., they'd know exactly what I was refering to. However, if I asked someone if they picked up today's copy of the Herald they'd look at me a little bit funny.

Additionally if I asked them if they picked up a copy of the Miami Herald, they would think I was crazy. But I could still ask if they picked up a copy of the New York Times, as that is a major source of news on the east cost. It's all geographical.

So this should generate revenue right?
Only reason I bothered replying is that, for now Last.fm is probably my favorite online listening outlet. I prefer it over downloading (legal or illegal) simply because I don't have to download or store anything. This also keeps me open to new and similar artists.
As a musician I really like this feature.

I'd be heartbroken if somehow CBS turned this into a monthly fee type radio function like Sirius or something. I think there is a lot more potential for mobile radio etc. this way rather than satellite radio. Only way I'd consider even paying for this service is if they gave me some option to listen in my car, but with the same user preferences as my PC, automatically determining which artists I like listening to, rather than selecting a certain genre specific radio station like Sirius.

Was this list in descending or ascending order?
I seemed to find the highest ranked (10...9...so on) to be much more interesting than Apple's Apps store.
It also looked as though the first few entries had a much larger summary than the lower ranked numbers. For some reason this just seems to be totally opposite the idea of a countdown to me.

So does this new technology only allow client only based games, where maybe you could download the first part of the game, and progressively as you complete different levels the rest of the game downloads?
I don't see it being very plausible in multi-player games as you would most likely have to have the whole engine and all the map / character textures and video rendering engine?
