I agree with a lot of your post, but not all Harley riders make their bikes louder to be jerks. The louder you bike, the more chance you will be heard and seen, reducing the chance of an accident.
It doesn't really matter their race, religion, etc etc...If anyone is talking about a "bomb" or what have you, they should be reported. Better safe and late then dead and never arriving.
They do, however, offer decent warranties, so if you can do some of the work yourself, you'll probably be OK.

Step 5: Rip off Best Buy/Walmart/etc by saying you just got the game as a gift and it won't read. They replace the bad disc with a brand new one.
