I remember watching a show on knock-off goods sold in China. Some spokesman for Gucci was talking about how they recently made a bust on counterfeit goods and how they potentially earned the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. I couldn't help but laugh at how out-of-touch this dumb-ass was. Does he think honestly think that the country's peasants (who make a big deal out of eating steak with their rice) would save up to buy an authentic Gucci handbag? Similarly, how fucking stupid do you have to be to think that you can stop them from saving money on software. Because that's how they look at it. There are two alternatives in their eyes: free pirated software, and free non-pirated software. No one is going to give two shits about Microsoft's poor employees.

How could you be so environmentally unconscious!? I never print anything unless it's on the skin of an endangered animal with lead paint on a printer that runs on coal. Actually, it's more like conning than selling. Do you actually think that they are required to tell the truth when coercing them? Also, one of the biggest proponents of the 11 billion that the country has pissed away was influenced by the unit, so I'm assuming it may have had at least a little impact. What's also scummy about this is that he explicitly used a unit meant only for the enemy on US citizens (which is EXACTLY what the law says NOT to do). On top of that, in order to can his case, they ruined the career of a female major under him, saying she had inappropriate relationships with him.

It's news because in addition to detecting for objects such as life jackets, breakthroughs in analyzing software also has the ability to search for pairs of concentric circles located on anyone in a visible area, and prioritize them by size.

That's right I made a boob joke, go ahead and mod me down, it was worth it.

How is algorithm development relevant to "various interactions of the hardware components"? Ironically enough, your statement contradicts him. I'm in the course of getting my CS degree, and the reason that they call it computer science is because we are specifically taught the various interactions of hardware components. Yes, we are taught data structures and how to use them, but those are techniques that are based on the system architecture. In my school, if you major in electrical engineering and computer science, you can take 2 more courses and get a third BS in computer engineering.

Thanks for posting that I lost my Tamriel map that came with Oblivion. Sucks that it's where the Nords live, I was hoping that it would be located in the Summerset Isles, I bet the high elves have some awesome cities. One thing I really have to berate Bethesda for is the lack of variety of the environment. The game would have been twice as good if they kept some environments like the Dwenmer ruins (steam-punk ftw) and the cool plant-like cities that the Telmora grew in Morrowind. If they combined the best aspects of Morrowind with Oblivion, it would have been one awesome game (not that it already wasn't). Oh, and quit feeding the trolls.
