If that's true it scares me out of my mind. I always think of flash like a 12 year old boy driving a bulldozer around a giant sandbox with holes in all the walls. I like to think of the browser it's running in as another giant sandbox with slightly less holes in all the walls. We need a tracking system which uses webcams to see if you 1. go to TFA page and 2. move your eyes systematically as if you're reading the entire article. Then posts by those people that pass the tracking should be automatically highlighted.

Why it's not Ok to show sexual images (people loving each other) but it's alright to show people killing each other to kids. To me this is a basic problem in the way our society views "objectionable" material. When I was in high school, teachers could show movies that were rated R for violence but not for love scenes... I think the video game makers can make whatever they want, I just don't want the 19 year old cashier at gamestop selling GTA 27 to my kid when he's 14-15 and out with his friends. So again... in light of this ruling, what makes it OK to have laws prohibiting the sale of porn to kids?

This would then open the door for kids to be able to go into any movie they want without parental permission... Or buy porn... I don't know if I agree with this one. It's just one case citation away from unknowingly exposing kids to all the other "media" restricted to adults.

Considering that most previous "jetpacks" used "rockets" instead of "jets" I think this one is closer to a jetpack than the rest IMO.

You know how many horseshoers are out of jobs now that people don't have to ride everywhere on horses? Or all the telegraph operators that have nowhere to work now that this dang telmemaphones are all over.

I still think 3d filming is stupid. I recently saw Tron: Legacy in 3D and was visually unimpressed, had no idea why till I realized I really got into the movie during several of the 2d scenes. Technology is awesome but I still don't get using our current 3d technology, it just seems to detract from the experience.
