Uh, no. Maybe go back and work on your reading comprehension.

Article 1, Section 8 begins with "The Congress shall have Power" (https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-1/section-8/)

What else is in Article 1, Section 8?

Clause 11 To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

By your reasoning -- that because it's listed here as a power Congress has, it *must* exercise that power -- then Congress *must* grant me letters of Marque and Reprisal so I can go privateering!

You realize that it is illegal, it is against federal law, for any entity other than the USPS to deliver mail? They have a de jure monopoly.

The USPS has little incentive to perform well at "provision of service", but companies that have to compete for your business in order to make "provision of service" their number one priority.

First class mail is almost totally dead. If it weren't for Netflix DVDs and occasional government mailings (which could and should be electronic), neither of which is full-rate first class, I would take down my mailbox. Other than those, every single thing I get is bulk mail advertising spam -- trash that I do not want and that goes directly into the trash can.

Please, no! Making every shlub with an idea think he was a programmer was the worst thing about VB. Knowing a language syntax and API is the *least* part of programming. Those people almost invariably produce nothing but unmaintainable trash that barely even works for its initial purpose.

NO, NO, NO! Stop with this idiot idea that everyone should be able to program! That's like saying everyone should be able to be an electrical engineer!

Ignorance? I'm the one that can pump his own gas. You don't know what that's like, so how would you know?

That you think being drunk is the only reason one would want to buy gas without interacting with another shows what an ignorant, authoritarian bigot you are. A person of color or other disfavored minority might prefer not interacting with Joe Rebel-flag who's attending the gas station.

We have gas stations that only sell gas, nothing else at all, and have no attendants on site at all. You are forbidden by law from having such a thing.

There are also times when one wants to buy gas without interacting with another person. You are forbidden by law from such a thing.

You remind me of the sort of person who was against eliminating Indiana's ban on Sunday alcohol sales.

You are like a deaf man telling people with hearing how unnecessary hearing is.
