Gibberish writes "It seems that proof has emerged that Windows 7 is in fact Windows Vista rebranded. Just open the "What to know before installing Windows" dialog during install: MS's global search-replace "Vista" with "7" missed these files! Were they saving resources? Should this entitle people who already paid for the OS a cheaper upgrade path?"
