ndege writes "According to Mitch Bowling, senior vice president of online service at Comcast, only a handful of people fall into the "excessive user" category. Pressed to say how much bandwidth consumption is too much, Bowling says, "the equivalent of two T-1 lines." Read the interview with Comcast and the FCC over at USAToday.
Does this mean that the Comcast's standard 6Mb high-speed line is twice what Comcast considers "excessive"?"
