jafoc writes "In a recent blog posting, Rob Weir compares OOXML with Novell's complaint in that company's legal action against Microsoft's past anticompetitive practices in the field of document format standards.

OpenISO.org is planning to include the issue in the problem report document produces in the OpenISO.org Review of OOXML."
