An anonymous reader writes "Hi all I live in the UK using NTL/Virgin as a ISP provider (cable broadband), and I and my coworkers have been having trouble with Skype lately, and today it is popping in and out of connectivity and everyone appears to be offline. I was just wondering if others are experiencing the same, and where you are located (UK, US, etc...) and which ISP providers you are using... wisdom of the crowds etc...
