Speaking of expert witnesses, recent USPTO filings show that Microsoft is offering the Eolas-patent-sucks expert witness testimony of Dr. John P.J. Kelly to refute the Eolas-patent-rules expert witness testimony of Freedom to Tinker's Dr. Ed Felten."
