+ - Open Letter to BlackBerry: We Cannot Count on You->

Submitted by DavidGilbert99
DavidGilbert99 (2607235) writes "BlackBerry published an open letter to its "tens of millions" of customers in 30 media outlets in nine countries around the world. The letter spoke of "challenging times" ahead and making the "difficult changes" necessary, but the overall mood of your letter was one of hope and positivity — "You can continue to count on us" The company said.

In a riposte on International Business Times UK, David Gilbert outlines just why BlackBerry customers cannot count on the Canadian company and why the future is bleak and not bright."
