MickLinux (579158) writes "It appears that either maximum profits will be limited, or that publishers and mnufacturers will have to find another way to prevent parallel imports. But the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that items legally purchased abroad may be resold in the US under first sale doctrine, without a violation of copyright."
