Submitted by Anonymous Coward

Why should BYOD users have to sign a contract to communicate electronically with business class applications such as Good for Enterprise. T-Mobile Entitlement Enforcement FAQ — http://good.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2610

According to Slate, "Without wireless network neutrality, then companies like AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile would have the legal power to block mobile software or mobile devices that want to use their networks to communicate with other devices."

âoeSimply put, consumers want their data to be blazing fast, without limits and without overages,â said Mike Sievert, chief marketing officer, T-Mobile USA. âoeWith our new Unlimited Nationwide 4G Data plan, thatâ(TM)s exactly what weâ(TM)re giving them, and for the first time, weâ(TM)re offering it without an annual contract. Other carriers want to lock customers in; weâ(TM)re going to earn our customersâ(TM) business with an amazing 4G experience every day.â

Try using OpenVPN http://openvpn.net/ or OpenDNS Umbrella http://www.umbrella.com/ to tunnel your data through the T-Mobile Entitlement Enforcement on unlimited data."
