Submission UK 4G Auction Falls Over £1bn Short of Revenue Estimates-> 1

DavidGilbert99 writes: "Ofcom has announced the winners of the UK's 4G auction with Vodafone, O2, Three, EE and BT all winning some portion of the 800MHz and 2.6GHz spectrum. However while it's good news for UK networks, it's not good news for the UK economy as the auction raised just £2.34bn, well below the estimated £3.5bn and miles behind the £22bn raised in the 3G auction almost a decade ago."
