+ - Microsoft's "Child of the 90s" IE10 Ad

theodp writes: 'You might not remember us, but we met in the '90s.' So begins the new "Child of the 90s" ad from Microsoft for Internet Explorer 10 that uses nostalgia to try to lure back those who last used IE in the heyday of The Oregon Trail, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Super Soakers, Pogs, Tamagotchis, and Lunchables. Back when a Troll, the ad notes, was still a friend. Hey, even Microsoft haters will probably concede it's a step up from that oh-my-God-I'm-gonna-puke IE8 ad!
